A:

Simply contact us. Customers can also update our mailing register by visiting the home page and registering their new address information with our Marketing Dept to ensure that they receive all pertinent new product launch, Webcast, and newsletter information that relates to their purchase.

To be added to our mailing list, simply register yourself using our Mailing List Form. For general inquiries or to be removed from our mailing list, simply fill out our General Inquiry Form.

To order Veeder-Root product literature, access and complete our on-line Veeder-Root Literature Request Form and email your request to our literature fulfillment department. Processing is usually prompt and occurs within 3-5 days.

A restocking charge of 25% is typically applied to cancelled or returned DICG Veeder-Root goods with the exception of customized and rush order products which are built to order and non-returnable. arrow top What do I do if I receive a shipment from DICG Veeder-Rootand something is incorrect?
A:

Check the Veeder-Root packing slip against the items received to ensure that all items have arrived that were shipped. If you received an incorrect item and the item is listed in the packing slip, contact your Customer Care Representative.

If an item appears on the packing slip but has not arrived, it may still be in transit, contact your Customer Care Representative and be sure to have the following information ready: Customer #, Invoice #, Model #


arrow top What do I do if I receive a shipment from DICG and my Veeder-Root brand counter product is damaged?
A:

A Veeder-Root Customer Care Representative will assist you in obtaining a replacement for any damaged items received. Notify your Veeder-Root Customer Care Representative of any damaged shipment you receive by completing and emailing the Missing, Wrong, Damage or Lost Online Form. When filling out the form, please specify in the field labeled "to better address your request, please provide a brief explanation" if the package was damaged. Also be sure to include a description of the location and amount of damage on the package.


arrow top How do I go about obtaining a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for my Veeder-Root brand product?
A:

Simply fill out and email our Online RMA Form  for prompt RMA assistance usually within one business day. Please be as specific about your problem as possible and include Product, Brand, Model #, Serial # and Purchase Order # as well as any pertinent Application details. The more information you give us, the more quickly and more thoroughly we can solve your problem.

To inquire about the status of your RMA, call us at +1.800.390.6405. Be sure to have your Veeder-Root Model # and Manufacturing Date Code available when you call.

Order Status & Delivery:

arrow top What is DICG's delivery policy for standard and customized Veeder-Root products?
A:

Delivery on Veeder-Root timer products is 3 business days; For our "customer-ized" custom product orders, consult your Customer Care Representative  and the factory for exact lead time information.

Note: Individual models have exceptions.


arrow top Does a minimum order charge apply to Veeder-Root brand products?
A:

A minimum order charge of $50 USD (Net) is applicable on all invoiced Veeder-Root orders effective as January 28, 2005.


arrow top Does DICG charge a premium for rush orders?
A:

NO premium charges are applied to Veeder-Root Counter orders with the exception of some Return Material Authorizations (RMA's). Consult your Customer Care Representative  for information on RMA rush charges that may apply to on your return/repair authorization request.


arrow top Can I buy Veeder-Root products directly from DICG?
A:

Yes. Veeder-Root customers can utilize our convenient online e-commerce ordering system to order products directly from the factory using a valid credit card, expiration date, contact name, phone and fax number details. To buy online, refer our How to Buy  direct link for more details.

YES. DICG does offer a direct payment option to its feedback control customers. Submit your direct payment to Danaher Industrial Control at Bank of America, P.O. Box 91890, Chicago IL 60693.

arrow top How can I receive a copy of my Veeder-Root invoice?
A:

Customer invoice copies are automatically faxed to our customers each week unless special requests are to have them mailed. To receive a duplicate copy of your invoice, simply email DICG Customer Care ETN-customerservice@dancon.com or call us at +1.800.390.6405.

A:

End-user inquiries for Veeder-Root brand literature information are possible using our convenient End User Literature Request form. Recycling:

arrow top Does DICG offer a recycling program?
A:

Veeder-Root brand controllers contain no toxic materials that require specialized handling or a re-cycling, hence DICG does not currently offer a recycling program.

A:

Yes, but only when specialized MARCOM promotions are in effect. Check the DICG Veeder-Root brand website regularly to see if any specialized promotions are available for you to take advantage of.

Warranty:

arrow top What is DICG's warranty policy on Veeder-Root products?
A:

Most Danaher Industrial Controls Veeder-Root Counter products are covered under a standard 1-3 year warranty (varies by product). Standard products manufactured by the DICG are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 to 3 years (model dependent) from the date of shipment. Products which are defective in workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced by DICG at no cost to the buyer. For inquiries and complete details on DICG's Process Control product warranties, consult the Terms and Conditions section of your Veeder-Root brand catalog or price list.
